Been trying to get some information on my Ssi check for this month and they can't requite me a straight respond. Thought they would be better than the direct express card people.

This bank is the worst in the globe!

This banking company is the worst in the earth!! If you are an online only banking concern at least have practiced customer support!!I tin't transfer my coin out of my account and I'chiliad stuck out of town and I can't get anyone i the phone!! I've email multiple times, googled FAQ on their website, and called multiple times to sit on the telephone for 2+ hours to still be on concur!!! How am I supposed to trust a banking concern like this ever over again?? It's not a good bank at all If anyone take annihilation good to say I even so wouldn't recommend. OnceI get my money out I'one thousand leave this company forever!! Become your priorities together varo!!!

I deposited some coin on this menu, and the next solar day, the carte du jour starts declining. I chosen them and waited on concord for 30 minutes the first fourth dimension. The customer service person then proceeded to tell me that the bank was having some kind of issue and should be resolved within the 60 minutes. And then I hang up, and wait an hour and nevertheless, I couldn't access my funds. I phone call once more and am all the same on hold an 60 minutes afterwards. I haven't had access to my funds for a total of 10 hours now. I've never experienced a problem like this with any other banking company business relationship, and one time I get access to my funds I volition be canceling my account with Varo. It's just not worth it.

Probably the get-go Bank that I didn't second look it I just went with a gut instinct and dear information technology the only matter that recommend is for Customer Support too take training form on how to reply the phones in less than 2 hrs the time I had to call them I took them 2 hrs and 37 minutes was concur forever

Get a real branch bank if u can

The aplicación process is like shooting fish in a barrel and fast,later aproval your card arrives fast.i hateful 7 days.my problem came with transfering deposits from my Wells fargo to Varo at showtime it was fine takes 4 days to Varo apply the Transfer i know ahc transfers have this delay for security reasons simply my Chief problem is i only could ship only $200 dollars deposits each time for me it was ok then sudenly the Varo Transfer tool did not let me continue transfering to then i only Made 4 Transfer in a month 1 weekly..i contacted customer service by e-mail and the response is automated not real people interacting..besides for castilian speaking customer this bank does not accept spanish speaking client support..to make the story short and subsequently reading some negative review i decided to withdraw my coin instead of endmost the account and after i got my coin i closed my account vía Varo app and Went with Wells fargo...don't get me wrong this bank can work for poor,fair credit persons but Varo is new in the bussiness and have some restrictions..the allpoint atms works fine and no fee for withdrawals in those atms...so if you have problema going with a real bank give a effort to Varo i promise they can amend their services similar customer service and eliminate restrictions over the fourth dimension.in my case and peace of heed iam happy i quit.

It's only atrocious and sad they cancelled my original Varo bill of fare similar iii months ago sent me a new one for Varo Banking company and was not successful in activating I feel as if though I'thousand being robbed! My money is still on the card I mean thousands that I tin't get a hold of I'1000 planning a wedding and take no way to go access to my funds! It'south just lamentable this has been going on for over 3 months I trusted this bank to continue my directly deposit I'm honestly an thinking well-nigh suing them for pain and suffering I have sent numerous of emails I have called numerous of times the line but goes to dead air later on x minutes how am I suppose to pay my bills take intendance of my family if I can't go my funds !!!!!!

Awesome banking concern! Been with them for almost ii years and havent paid a unmarried extra fee. Even with overdrafts! Customer service is prompt, mobile bank check eolith is a breeze and canonical very apace and most atms dont accuse a single cent for withdrawls. Why bank anywhere else?

Varo is the All-time experience I have ever had with a banking company... No fee's & I get paid a day earlier with direct deposit. The app is brilliant; makes all my banking & coin needs quick, elementary. I Honey that I can lock my card, all-time feature EVER!! Automated savings, advances., ease of transferring coin, snap a film of your check & its deposited.....It is Then easy! AND at present I am rebuilding my credit from a partner company recommended past Varo....and it'due south putting coin basically into savings while doing information technology. I tin not say enough good stuff almost Varo. Fifty-fifty if y'all take to call in, the customer service reps are meridian notch and will take intendance of you and not pass the buck. This is the new way to do banking and Varo has set up the bar high. I would never go to whatsoever other bank or credit union. Stay abroad from this nightmare

I'd give 0 stars if possible... Please practise not apply varo, I thought they were a bully bank to use and liked getting paid early on but beware they are the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Always takes over an hour to get anyone on the telephone and they shut my account down for absolutely no reason and wouldn't give me any blazon of explanation as to why they did. Simply then they accepted a straight eolith from my workplace later the account was already shut downward and closed. It's been over a month and they have nonetheless yet to send my refund bank check to me of the remaining residual of my account. Exercise Non Apply VARO. Run away from them. Accept my communication and use a brick and mortar cyberbanking location.
